For example sponzors' or business partners' booths in the foyer, press conferences etc. Most often our clients organise this type of events for their employees, business partners or end customers. A good example is a presentation during a launch of a new product/service for purpose of training employees, partners and customers, tailor-made seminars for a specific prospective customer etc.
Most often Christmas, New Year's or annual events at which a festive dinner is joined with a complementary programme. There are numerous chances of entertainment such as theatre performances, bingo, bowling, stylish dinners, garden parties, bartender shows, musical performances and so on. These type of events are also often organised for end customers on an occasion of either launching a new product or even just an introduction of a special discount. Such event can be accompanied by competitions, cultural entertainment, gala dinners etc.
Events taking a single day or several days targeting end customers. They are organised at an opportunity of launching a brand new product or even just a special Christmas offer. Such an event may be complemented by contests, performances, parties and such.
As for past experience we should divide incentives into two groups. In the first group we have motivational events with both formal and more or less informal programme (sport, culture, education, social etc.). As a specific example we can mention an usual yearly performance-evaluating stays for all employees including social informal program.
In the second group there are pronouncedly informal exclusive events with unusual programmes organised mostly abroad often in exotic destinations. Our clients such events choose as a gift to their most important business partners or customers. There are endless variations of this informal part of incentives depending on the chosen location and client's intentions (e.g. skiing, sports and games, extreme sports, theatre performances, hiking, hiking tours, language courses etc.).

They may take a form of a yearly competition with in-running captions, reminders and partial events peaking with awarding the main price in the form of a valuable gift or tour, discounts on products/services we can provide to our clients.
